About Us

RCpedia is written and maintained by the Data, Analytics, and Research Computing (DARC) team.

As part of the Research Hub, the DARC team engages directly with faculty members, preparing large-scale datasets, assisting with data analysis, and consulting on research design. Our staff provides expertise on machine learning, text processing, and cloud services, drawing from a rich technical background to support the Stanford GSB's research agenda.

Available Resources

GSB researchers have access to a number of different research computing platforms both on premises and in the cloud. Explore details about our primary resource, the linux-based yen servers, as well as the other resources at your disposal.

If you're new to the GSB, and especially if you're new to using a linux server for research, see Getting Started for a step-by-step introduction.

Need Help?

For common requests from us, there are a number of intake forms that can connect you with the appropriate resources at the GSB.

We also have several topic guides prepared to illustrate some common research computing methods, as well as answers to a number of frequently asked questions.

Do you have a question that's not answered here? Join #gsb-yen-users Slack channel or email the DARC team for help!
